I can't sign into ebay, when I try, I get a message that says Internet Explorer has stopped working. It then receovers the page and does the same thing until it says it cannot go back to the ebay page.
Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. It did not work. I made the changes you suggested. I did not see Ebay on my Trusted Sites list. My browser changed to IE8 though, that seemed to occur at the same time I restarted my computer. But I'm still having the same issue. Go to Ebay and when I try to sign in, I get the message that Internet Explorer has stopped working and the choice to close the program. The window recovers and does that same until I get a message that they can't send me to ebay and I can go to my home page.
I tried to do this a couple of times, when I first did it, there was an update to the ie program, so I did it again and I continue to have the same issue. Any other suggestions? Thankis for your help. I did not see the link. If you would please reply and send it to me I would appreciate it.
