A few days ago I performed the recent update to my Storm. Things work a lot smoother and faster, which is great, however I notice my Music icon has disappeared since then. I have no desktop icon for music, nor is it located under my Media icon. Actually, it is not located anywhere under any folder in the entire device. So, my question is this: HOW do I get the shortcut to appear on my main page, as well as under the Media icon, again?

I just did I reset on my phone and my app world icon went missing? So I searched everywhere and couldnt find it, then went to the applications option and it said it was still there. So I deleted it and when my phone booted back up the icon was back, and then I re-installed it and the icon was gone again but it still shows its installed in my applications list?

I juz received a blackberry storm from my sister, and I don't know how to connect it to wifi I'm very new at this. I've tried google and found different answers, ranging from "storm cannot connect to wifi", to "i have one and it can connect just fine". I can't find the wifi option in the "manage connection", and there is no browser icon on the home screen either. I was going to try and log on to the internet using my storm and i noticed that i don't have a "browser" icon in my menu applications, so i couldn't access the internet to surf or download anything..

I have a storm2 that I bought from a friend. I have unlocked the phone and works perfectly. The first couple of days I had the phone I was able to connect to the internet through my home's WiFi.

Everything else works fine. My home WiFi profile gets recognized on my BB but does not connect to internet. Failed to obtain an IP address. Or is the problem still within my BB and router?

Clicking on Options from home screen, does not show the menu item "advanced options". It used to be there nut now is gone.
