Mapcreate for windows 7

That's too cheap. But nobody has it in town. Starting to make me wonder why. BPS or Academy. What's up with that? I'll just order it online from Fuguawi. I've responded to your PM, if you still need help let me know. I am uncertain as to why you are unable to locate one and I have informed the Navionics Sales Manager and the Area Sales Manager of this in order for them to follow up with the Dealers.

Thanks MEB. All reported not having it. I will go to BPS when I get a chance to look in person and see if they will order it for me. You know how busy all those places are and may not have really looked for it. Joined: Jan Lake Fork. Map create 7 works on my windows 7 pc.. Called Cabellas and they have plenty of them. I'll be going there more often now. Got mine last Sunday. It works like a champ, even with Win7.

I did an online upgrade as soon as it was loaded just in case. Upload, download no hassle to my Lowrance lms c igps. It didn't at 1st until I formatted my card with Lowrances card reader.

I am a happy camper. Thanks to all for your input. I highly recommend this software. If you just use it for the way it's designed you will love it. Don't worry about downloading the detailed maps. Just buy the chip or paper maps for that level of detail. Joined: Mar Joshua, TX.

Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. Any additional feedback? Submit feedback. I spoke to Lowrance about 2 months ago and they said they are going to come out with a much better land based mapping solution earlier this year but I need to use my GPS now.

Click to expand What exactly are you trying to do? I am trying to upload some detailed mapping to my GPS unit at a reasonable price. The have the Topo Insight Pro West which comes out in February that will blow this archaic Mapcreate out of the water but I just wanted something inexpensive in the meantime.

I appreciate the offer though. Sell them while you can because they will be good for the trash bin soon. PS: I used Mapcreate 6 back in and it was the most simple thing to use. Mapcreate 6 maps won't work on HDS models. Also, I wonder how PCI is getting around the 5 copy limit of Mapcreate 7 to enable them to sell maps?

Especially since we can't buy Mapcreate 7 anymore. Maybe there is some other sort of license with unlimited copy capability. Good riddance to Mapcreate, can't wait to see the new stuff.
